Description:
Join us for our monthly after school meetings for science teachers and receive a wealth of science resources aligned with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Science Standards. Each month we will focus on a different science topic! Network and collaborate with other NJ science teachers while exploring lessons, labs, games, and various internet resources. Teachers will also receive practical strategies, sample test questions and activities that can be used immediately in their classrooms to prepare students for the science portion of the NJASK4 and GEPA. Pizza dinner will be served.

Objectives:
  • Review NJCCCS for the monthly science STELLAR topic
  • Examine labs, lessons, and activities for you classroom
  • Browse online science resources including games and interactives
  • Receive sample test questions for NJASK4 and GEPA
  • Meet and network with other NJ science teachers
