Description:
Language arts is the perfect area to use your computer as a learning center. Through this workshop, we will deal with using the computer as a tool in a learning center to support language arts. Writing projects, websites and literature activities will be offered for use as a learning center, as well as managing your classroom with a computer learning center.

Objectives:
  • The teacher will learn classroom management with a computer as a learning center
  • The teacher will receive writing ideas for use as a center
  • The teacher will be given websites that will reinforce language skills
  • The teacher will be given ideas and websites for using literature as a center
