Description:
Writing is essential for students to be able to explain their solutions to problems. This workshop involves teaching students how to evaluate their own work through the use of rubrics designed specifically for the problem that they have solved. Not only will students be assessing their own work, but they will be looking at actual responses written by students on the state tests. They will be using a rubric as a guide and then rewriting them to get the highest score possible.
