Description:
Learn how to use one of the most effective instructional tools to inform literacy instruction and students’ strategies on text. The Running Record is one of the most widely used informal assessments that classroom teachers use to assess student reading and reading behaviors. You will have an opportunity to work with running record forms and to learn how to code them and interpret them for meaningful information. You will also learn how to find a student’s instructional level. It is a quick, easy and most effective instrument that can be used in multiple ways.
