This 2-day course is designed for teachers that have access to a Promethean Board or will during the upcoming school year. Use this opportunity to be introduced to the Activstudio software associated with the Activclassroom or as a reinforcement for the training your district/building received when you initially got the Board.
Day 1: July 30, 2008
Review the tools and techniques in Activstudio necessary to create and edit Flipcharts
Tour through templates selected based on NJ Core Content Curriculum Standards
Learn various techniques helpful in manipulating existing Flipcharts to meet your classroom needs
Day 2: July 31, 2008
Take a hands-on tour of the interactive websites that come alive in your Activclassroom
Learn how to program your ActiveVotes to help with student assessment
