Kenneth Zushma has been a teacher in the Department of Technology, Design and Engineering in the Livingston Public Schools for over twenty years. A middle school teacher, who's courses that emphasize utilization of the design process as well as hands on fabrication, Zushma graduated from Kean University with a bachelors degree in Industrial Arts and Technology Education.  He went on to earn his masters degree in Educational Leadership along with certifications to be a principal and supervisor.  After participating in Columbia University Teachers College and NASA’s Endeavor Fellowship program in STEM Education, Zushma earn a masters degree in curriculum and instruction with a STEM emphasis. Throughout his career he served on the board of the NJ Technology and Engineering Educators Association as Executive Director and was recently granted “Distinguished Technology Educator”(DTE) status by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association.
