Ronald J. Mezzadri serves as a Mathematics Consultant to Rutgers University. Prior to his Rutgers affiliation he was a Professor in Residence and Student Teaching Supervisor at William Paterson University. His educational consulting company EduAnswers LLC provides guidance to New Jersey school districts.
Ron retired from the Fair Lawn School District after 42 years as a highly respected educator, half of that time spent as the district’s Supervisor of Mathematics K-12, Computer Science, Business and Career Education.
Mr. Mezzadri holds a BA in Mathematics from Kean University, an MS in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Supervisor/Principal Certification from Montclair University.
He has earned numerous honors recognizing his community impact during his educational career: the Governor’s Teacher Recognition Award, the Princeton University Award for Distinguished Teaching, the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program Teachers Award, the Golden Lamp Award for Excellence in Educational Leadership, and the William Cuff Educator Award from Montclair University.
Ron’s skills as an educator and leader have also been recognized by the state and national awards earned by the student teams that he coached at Fair Lawn High School: Computer League, Jets, Rutgers Bowl, Knowledge Masters and the three time National First Place award winning National Engineering Design Challenge Team.
