William Whitlow

Dr. Whitlow is a Professor in the Depatment of Psychology at Rutgers-Camden. He is interested broadly in the relationship between learning and intelligence, with a special interest in learning practices that enhance intelligence. A particular area of focus is science education, especially in middle and high schools, where poor and minority youth are often disadvantaged. Dr. Whitlow has received funding over 20 years by NIH to promote science education initiatives in and around Camden, NJ.
